Course Aims

To instruct candidates how to safely assemble, dismantle, relocate and alter a mobile access tower without risk of personal injury to the candidate or others.
By the end of the course candidates will have an understanding of:

• Legislation, regulations and guidance affecting working at height with mobile access towers
• British and European Standards
• Hazards affecting the use of mobile access towers

PASMA Certification
Important - please note: All candidates who undertake PASMA training from 01/03/2025 and pass will get their license and/or certification digitally through the new PASMA app, PASMA Towersure. In addition, the Co-ordinator of the booking will receive a digital copy.

The app is available on Apple iOS and Android apps (search PASMA Towersure).
We request that delegates download this app to their smart phone ahead of the course. This app is used on the day of the training to complete the inspection element on the towers erected.

Course Entry Requirements

No formal qualifications or experience are necessary, but it would be beneficial if candidates had a basic understanding of work at height issues

A good level of comprehension of both written and spoken English is a requirement on all courses. 
Any physical impairment or literacy issues should be discussed with LTC Training Services prior to making a booking so we can best accommodate your needs.

• Aims and objectives
• Legislation, Regulations and Guidance affecting working at height with Mobile access towers,
• PASMA Code of Practice
• Product Standards EN 1004-1:2020
• Assembling, altering and dismantling towers incorporating current best practice for fall protection, inspection of completed mobile access towers
• Completion of Tower Inspection Records;
• Hazards affecting the use of mobile access towers and how to avoid
