Teesra House is the fourth phase of the stunning waterfront redevelopment of the former military headquarters at Mount Wise in Plymouth.

The eight storey building features a mix of 73 one, two and three bedroom apartments with a combination of stunning waterside and city views. With a prominent position overlooking Plymouth Cricket Club’s ground, the development has taken its name Teesra, from a type of off-spin bowling originally developed by Pakistan’s Test cricketer Saqlain Mushtaq.
