Position – Sales Executive
We are looking for someone who enjoys and thrives in a sales environment to join the LTC Training Services team. The role will be predominately office based which will be at our Head office at Wixenford in Plymouth, however there will be a need for infrequent visits to clients.
As our Training Sales Executive, you will be working within our busy training team identifying new customers and managing existing customers with the objective of building on our existing client base. We want you to use your excellent customer service and sales skills to help build our business!
The successful candidate needs to be someone who has proven experience in sales and enjoys working towards targets coupled with a great telephone attitude.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing new and existing customers with the aim of maximising revenue from each account and assisting in growth of the business
• Generating new leads
• Following up all enquiries within the team
• Develop and maintain a solid relationship between LTC Training Services and its customers
• Identify sales opportunities and secure the business
• Re-develop dormant accounts
• Deal with all customer queries quickly and efficiently
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and their data on our CRM
The ideal candidate will have/be:
• Previous proven track record in sales
• A sales focused and driven individual who enjoys building a rapport with customers
• Target driven with the desire to exceed set targets
• Excellent telephone manner
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Position – CITB Site Safety Plus Instructor
Due to ongoing company success, we are looking to recruit a CITB Site Safety Plus Instructor.
Applicants must currently hold one of the SSP accreditations. The company will provide full support/training in other related subjects of interest
Your primary location will be at our Plymouth training Centre. However, you will be required to travel to our Redruth and Cullompton centers and direct to our customers location which may include Hinkley Point C.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
• To deliver courses as required in line with company and accrediting body requirements
• To support customers during course delivery
• To ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed correctly and submitted within our deadlines
• Preparation of training areas both indoors and outdoors
Ideal Candidate must be/have:
• Enthusiastic, organised, self-motivated, with good time management skills
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Full UK driving licence

Position – IPAF/PASMA Instructor or Trainee IPAF/PASMA Instructor Instructor
Due to increasing demand for training we are looking to expand our team of IPAF/PASMA Instructors to deliver training to national standards.
We welcome applications from qualified instructors and experienced IPAF Operators who now wish to move into instructional training. Applicants requiring training, which will be provided by the company must have held an IPAF Operators card for a minimum of 3 years.
Your primary location will be at our Cullompton Centre. However, you will be required to travel to our centers in Plymouth and on occasions to Redruth and direct to our customers site/offices to deliver training. This may include Hinkley Point C.
