At the time of writing this article we have 39 members of staff (office and management). The combined continuous length of employment is 428 years which is an average of nearly 11 years per member of staff. 19 of the 39 have over 10 years continuous service, with 69% over 5 years service. Akaysha

Akaysha joined LTC in March 2020 after short spells in Carpentry and then subsequently with another scaffold contractor. Since joining she has now completed her COTS ( introduction & Health & Safety into scaffold training ) and her Part 1 which forms part of the CISRS training programme to become a qualified scaffolder. Akaysha will continue to gain on site experience before attending her Part 2 at LTC’s Training centre in Plymouth. She will then work towards for NVQ level 2 before. Akaysha most recently attended a Mental Health First Aid training course on which she received excellent feedback from the Instructor.
