LTC Group87 Ltd will grow by providing a service that is “the best available” to any customer.

This will be matched with outstanding service, unsurpassed knowledge, demonstrating clear confidence in all safety aspects of our work, and value for our customers. We will achieve the projected growth of our business by remaining financially strong, maintaining market dominance in the South West, whilst continuing to develop our people to realize their full potential and by creating an exceptional environment where everyone has an integral and positive influence on the com- pany’s overall performance.

LTC Group87 Ltd will continue to nurture its customer first approach where every expectation or requirement is met through a “once company” mindset and deliv- ery par excellence. We will continue to develop a culture, which focuses on our core values of a team philosophy, personal development, company profitability and success.

Company History

LTC GROUP87 Ltd was established over 20 years ago as a sole trader and has followed the natural progression through the partnership route to become a limited company in 1997.
In 1999 we extended our services to provide powered access and went on to form our LTC Powered Access division.

We opened a second depot in Redruth in 2001 to enable us to cover the Cornwall area more extensively.

In 2007 we gained accreditation as an IPAF Training Centre and have now extended those training services for all forms of access and associated requirements including CISRS scaffold training and PASMA Tower training.

In 2008 the company changed its name form LTC Specialist Scaffolding Ltd to LTC Group87 Ltd. This was done to show the true make up of the company and the transition from a scaffolding company to a complete access solution company, that incorporated four Divisions. LTC Powered Access, LTC Specialist Scaffolding, LTC Training Services and LTC Hoists Division.

In early 2010 the company updated its logos and rebranded each division with its own colours to show the clear distinction between them.

The company continues to grow and develop, adding new services and striving to provide the very best and most complete access solution options for our customers. 

About Us

LTC was formed by Trevor Chinn (the ‘TC’ in LTC) and he is still the major share holder in the company.
The company is currently managed by the other two directors, Mike Burr – Managing Director and Rob Wills - Plant and Transport Director, supported by an expansive qualified management team.
